Fish Dishes

Here at the restaurant, the type of fish we offer at the moment include: Grouper, Pomfret, Red Snapper, Shark, Silver Pomfret, Stingray, Threadfin Fish and Tilapia. We will be gradually increasing the variety of fishes available.

薑茸蒸 - STEAMED WITH GINGER SAUCE

辣醬蒸 - STEAMED WITH SPICY SAUCE

東炎 - STEAMED WITH "TOM YAM" SAUCE

醬蒸 - STEAMED WITH SAUCE

清蒸 - NORMAL STEAM

泰式炸 - DEEP FRIED IN THAI STYLE

酸甜 - DEEP FRIED WITH SWEET & SOUR SAUCE
